Maidaan Cast Salaries: Ajay Devgn Earns 1400% More Than Priyamani, Details on Gajraj Rao & Other Actors’ Paychecks

Originally scheduled to be released on April 10, 2024, Maidaan has been postponed by a day and will now arrive on April 11 due to the Eid holiday. It will face a big clash with Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff’s action thriller, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, which is also slated for the same release date.

As for the actors’ salaries, Gajraj Rao, who plays Parbhu Ghosh in the film, reportedly took home a remuneration of 85 lakhs. Priyamani, who plays the wife of Ajay Devgn’s character, has been paid a sum of 2 crores for her limited but pivotal role. Rudranil Ghosh, a well-known Bengali actor, has been paid 20 lakhs for his supporting role.

Ajay Devgn, who has put his heart and soul into the leading character of Syed Abdul Rahim, is taking home a staggering sum of 30 crores. His salary is 1400% higher than that of the leading lady, Priyamani.
