An old video of Saif Ali Khan as a child, playing with his daughter Sara Ali Khan, has surfaced online. Saif and Sara are seen in an old video spending time on appears to be a movie set. The video was shot in 1996 during Saif’s filming of Hameshaa. Fans reacted positively to the cute factor, claiming that it proves that all of Saif’s children are adorable.
The video was published on Reddit on Thursday, in the subreddit Bolly Blinds N Gossip, with music in the background but no ambient sounds. Sara, dressed in an orange frock, sits on a plastic chair in the video as Saif kneels in front of her. In the midst of other people, the father and daughter can be seen spending valuable time together. It appears to be a film set, with Saif taking a break for his daughter in between takes, based on the atmosphere.
Fans were all hearts for the moment. One comment read, “All of Saif’s babies are so cuteee.” Another fan commented, “This man needs to monetize his DNA.” Many others remarked that while a young Saif looked like his son Ibrahim Ali Khan, baby Sara looked like Saif’s sister Soha Ali Khan’s daughter Inaaya Naumi Kemmu.

Eagle-eyed fans were quick to identify the shoot location and the film in the comments. One comment read, “I think they were picturing “Neela Duppatta Peela Suit” (observe the blue yellow churi flowing in between). I think Kajol was there in that song, forgot the movie name.” A reply to this comment stated, “Yeah, you’re right. I remember Saif talking about shooting this song and he said how Sara was there and she was enjoying it.”
Saif confirmed it is from his 1997 film Hameshaa, which also starred Kajol and had the iconic song Neela Duppatta Peela Suit, in a different video shared by Movie Talkies in 2019. Saif stated in the video that they were filming a song that day, which Saroj Khan was choreographing.
For the Unversed Sara is Saif’s first wife Amrita Singh’s daughter. Her younger brother is Ibrahim. Taimur and Jehangir are Saif’s sons from his second marriage to actress Kareena Kapoor Khan. Sara made her Bollywood debut in 2018 with the film Kedarnath. And she has subsequently acted in films such as Simmba and Atrangi Re.
