On Monday, Alia Bhatt revealed her pregnancy on social media. “Our baby….. arriving soon,” Alia wrote as the caption to a photo from their ultrasound exam. The actress also shared a picture of a lioness nudging a lion as a cub looked on. Due to their shared love of the great outdoors, the pair has been taking romantic safaris throughout Africa. The two went on a safari on the first day of the New Year 2022 and shared some amusing pictures of their journey.
Just over two months after the couple’s secret wedding at their Bandra home, the wonderful news of Alia’s pregnancy was announced. On April 14, Ranbir and Alia exchanged vows in front of just their families and close friends in a private ceremony.

Although the news surprised many, it now appears that Ranbir made a baby-related hint during his recent “Shamshera” promos. When asked how much more work he would have to do after getting married, he responded that he would have to start a family and do a lot more work.
“Abhi mujhe bahot kaam karna hai sir. Abhi mujhe family banani hai, unke liye kaam karna hai. Pehle mai khudke liye kaam karraha tha. Nahi nahi, abhi mai bahot kaam karunga,” he said.
On his life after marriage, Ranbir further said, “I used to say in films that ‘shaadi is like dal chaawal till you die and life mein thoda tangdi kebab, hakka noodles hona chahiye (referring to his famous dialouge in Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani)… but boss, zindagi ke tajurbe ke baad I would say dal chaawal he best hai. Alia mere dal chaawal mein tadka hai, achaar hai, pyaaz hai, sab kuch hai. I couldn’t have asked for a better partner.”
The couple immediately began working on their numerous film projects after getting married in April. The handsome man stated to the media that he and his wife Alia will soon leave for a peaceful vacation before beginning the “Brahmastra” movie’s promotional campaign.
