21 Previews of Ikkis in 21 Cities on December 21” – Dinesh Vijan’s Exciting Announcement at BH OTT India Fest 2025
At the inaugural day of the Bollywood Hungama OTT India Fest and India Entertainment Awards 2025, the team behind the highly anticipated film Ikkis—starring Agastya Nanda, Jaideep Ahlawat, Simar Bhatia, and helmed by director Sriram Raghavan—shared their excitement and confidence about the project. Producer Dinesh Vijan of Maddock Films stole the spotlight with a headline-making announcement.
Dinesh Vijan revealed, “I want this film to mean as much to you guys as it means to us. Starting tomorrow, December 4, there are exactly 21 days until Ikkis releases. We are hopeful that Sriram delivers the final copy at least 11 days before the release.”He further shared an innovative plan for promoting the film: “Wherever we travel, the first thing we’ll do is screen the film and then discuss it. That’s how much we love this project.”
Most notably, Dinesh unveiled the idea of paid previews happening four days prior to the release. “On December 21, four days ahead of the official release, we will host special screenings of Ikkis simultaneously in 21 cities across India. People from different regions will come together to watch the film collectively. This is our way of sparking conversations and proving that this is the best film we have made.”Ikkis is scheduled to hit cinemas on December 25, 2025.
