Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor have recently shared the name of their newborn baby on social media. The new mommy shared an adorable picture in which they named her baby girl Raha, which has been chosen by Neetu Kapoor. All the fans of the Bollywood celeb’s family ad friends are congratulating them, while some netizens do not like to reveal the name in this way because the Barcelona jersey is used to reveal the name.
On Thursday, Alia Bhatt took to her Instagram handle and shared the baby’s name. It can be seen in the photo that Alia and Ranbir are holding the baby, and Raha’s name is written on the Barcelona jersey in a front frame. Sharing the photo she wrote in the caption, “The name Raha (chosen by her wise and wonderful Dadi) has so many beautiful meanings… Raha, in its purest form means divine path in Swahili she is Joy, In Sanskrit, Raha is a clan, In Bangla – rest, comfort, relief, in Arabic peace, it also means happiness, freedom & bliss. And true to her name, from the first moment we held her – we felt it ALL! Thank you Raha, for bringing our family to life, it feels as though our lives have only just begun.”

As soon as Alia posted, some people started trolling the couple badly and slammed them for using the Barcelona jersey. One Insta user commented, “I don’t want to raise my daughter in the public eye. But I will announce her name in public. Double standards! Waise bhi isko khud ka dimag toh hai nhi, dusron ko bass copy karti hai. Be it clothes or being a mom.” Another said, “Barca jersey hi mili thi.”
Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt tied the knot on April 14, 2022, in the actor’s Mumbai home, and after seven months of their marriage, the duo welcomed their little angel into this world.
