Akshay Kumar celebrities World Laughter Day, end up hurting himself

Akshay Kumar is very well known for his comic timing. On World Laughter Day, actor Akshay accomplished, Ben E King’s Stand By Me, but with a fun twist. The actor took to Instagram to share a video of himself acting silly. He got creative and brushed a tail comb against his teeth to make the sound heard in the song.

Akshay can be seen in the video sweeping the comb across his teeth to the beat of the music. He also appeared to be trying to sing along while making a face. As the video ended, Akshay could be seen covering his mouth and laughing as the word ‘ouch!’ appeared. Akshay sat in a room wearing a black and white plaid shirt over a black T-shirt for the clip.

Akshay captioned the clip, “Key to happiness: to be able to laugh at yourself. And on that note, here’s an act which is a result of sheer boredom, hope it makes you laugh. Please do laugh, it was actually painful (grimacing face and face with tears of joy emojis) And Happy #WorldLaughterDay.”

Huma Qureshi responded to the video with a set of laughing emojis. Tiger Shroff was also amused by Akshay’s antics. Nushrratt Bharuccha said, “Haahahahahahahah.”

Akshay frequently shares witty videos on Instagram. He shared a video from a swimming pool with filmmaker Aanand L Rai last month. As the video ended, he referred to himself as a magician, alluding to his character in Atrangi Re. Anand was seen laughing as a ball appeared in front of him.

Meanwhile, the actor recently revealed the first glimpse of his film Ram Setu. He shared a post featuring himself, Jacqueline Fernandez and Satya Dev. He captioned the post, “A glimpse into the world of #RamSetu. In cinemas Diwali, 2022.”

Apart from Akshay, Nushrratt Bharuccha also appears in Ram Setu. The film, directed by Abhishek Sharma and produced by Aruna Bhatia and Vikram Malhotra, is set to be released in theatres on Diwali.
