Recently, Akshay Kumar has been honoured as a brand ambassador of Uttarakhand. The actor is currently in Uttarakhand shooting for one of his upcoming project. While all this, the actor visits to the CM of Uttarakhand Pushkar Singh Dhami. Akshay met CM Dhami on Monday morning at his Dehradhun residence where he was presented with a Chaar Dham token, a bouquet of flowers and a customary shawl.
Speaking to ANI, CM Dhami informed that the government of Uttarakhand had put across a proposal to Akshay Kumar and the actor has accepted it. However, details of the said proposal were not disclosed. He further said, “We had given him (Akshay Kumar) a proposal, he has accepted it. He will also work as a brand ambassador of Uttarakhand.”
Meanwhile, Akshay had also posted a video from his car showing the glimpse of the mesmerizing snowfall of Uttarakhand. While sharing this the actor wrote, “What else is being in love?! We call Uttarakhand Devbhoomi for a reason. Have shot in the most exotic locations in the world but Mussoorie – लाखों मिले, कोई भी ना तुम सा मिला ♥️”
On the work front, Akshay Kumar has an array of the line-up including Prithviraj, Ram Setu, Bachchan Pandey, Gorkha, Ratsasan remake, Mission Cinderella, Raksha Bandhan. Tiger Shroff, on the other hand, has Heropanti 2, Baaghi 4, and Ganapath Part 1.
