Akshay, Kriti, Jacqueline, Arshad Warsi visit Borivali station to promote Bachchhan Paandey

Akshay Kumar and Kriti Sanon are keeping no stone unturned to promote their upcoming film Bachchhan Paandey. The team had. Packed weekend of promotions and even on Monday the team continued with the promoting the film.

The actors were photographed as they arrived at Mumbai’s Borivali train station in the city’s suburbs. Jacqueline Fernandez and Arshad Warsi, who will also appear in the film, joined the duo.

A huge crowd greeted the cast at the station and saw them flag off the #BachchhanPaandeykiMoj train. Several fans were also seen at the venue wearing masks with cutouts of Akshay Kumar’s character’s face.

While Akshay kept his look casual in a T-shirt and denims, Kriti Sanon added drama with a fun printed pant suit.

On the other hand Jacqueline opted for a fun floral dress and dished out summer vibes. Arshad Warsi paired camo pants with a breezy linen shirt.

Talking about the film, Akshay had earlier said, “It’s always a pleasure to collaborate with Sajid Nadiadwala (producer). He and I go back years, we were friends long before we became actor-producer. And one can only imagine what fun it is to work with friends. Bachchhan Paandey is my tenth film with him and audiences can expect ten times the entertainment with this one.”

Meanwhile, in a recent interview of the film Farhad Samji revealed that a deleted scene in the film featured actors Abhishek Bachchan and Chunky Pandey.

Farhad said, “A deleted scene had these two, but only in the form of their pictures. Kriti and Arshad’s characters were looking for Bachchhan Paandey and they ask a young kid if they had seen him. The kid said yes and pulled out a film magazine with pictures of Abhishek Bachchan and Chunky Pandey. But we didn’t put this scene in the film finally.”

Bachchhan Paandey releases in theatres on March 18. Earlier, it was scheduled to release on Christmas, 2020 however it was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
