Ajay Devgn to Make a Cameo in Mastiii 4, Returning to the Franchise After 21 Years
Earlier in the month of July, we reported that Genelia Deshmukh would appear in Mastiii 4 in a cameo role, confirmed by fan-captured photos and videos during a song shoot at Victoria Square, Birmingham, UK. Interestingly, Genelia was also part of the franchise’s first film, Masti (2004). Now, Bollywood Hungama has learned that another original cast member, Ajay Devgn, will be making a special appearance in Mastiii 4 as well!
Now, as per the reports of Bollywood Hungama, “Ajay appears in a hilarious sequence towards the end of Mastiii 4. It’s a treat for fans of both the actor and the franchise.” The source added, “The makers saw a fantastic opportunity to bring Ajay Devgn back into the series and approached him. Ajay shares a strong bond with director Milap Zaveri and producer-director Indra Kumar—fondly known as Indu ji—who has directed Ajay multiple times, including the upcoming comedy Dhamaal 4. Ajay was delighted to shoot the cameo, and the scene has turned out great. The makers are eager to see the audience’s reaction.”

The Mastiii franchise stars Riteish Deshmukh, Vivek Oberoi, and Aftab Shivdasani, who have been constants through Masti (2004), Grand Masti (2013), and Great Grand Masti (2016). The new installment also features Ruhii Singh, Shreya Sharma, Elnaaz Norouzi, Natalia Janoszek, Shaad Randhawa, and Nishant Singh Malkani, alongside returning faces Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor, and Nargis Fakhri.
