When Alia Bhatt was offered the Sanjay Leela Bhansali film Inshallah opposite Salman Khan, she was obliged to be the part of the film. She said it was a dream come true for her to work with Salman and the popular filmmaker, which she was dreaming since childhood. The film when announced with the star cast, many thought that Alia would be in a different role and has nothing to do with Salman in it. However, the latest buzz suggests the opposite, she will be playing the love interest of Salman Khan in the film.
Yes for them age no bar despite having a huge gap, the makers are willing to cast them as lovers in Inshallah, the film which is all set to hit the floor soon. As per reports, Salman Khan would be playing a businessman in his forties, while Alia in her twenties. It is assumed that the characters are somewhere designed by the 1997 film Jab Pyaar Kisi Se sizzlinga Hain. The film will be shot in Varanasi at the banks of the river Ganga while the other part of the movie would be shot in certain cities of the USA. Sanjay Leela Bhansali has done a lot of studies at these places before he starts the shoot.
He will be contemplating his research on this film with shooting in different locations like Varanasi, Rishikesh, and Haridwar and finally zeroed the former for his film. Alia Bhatt and Salman Khan would be doing their maiden film in B Town and it has already created a good buzz in the media. Also, this will unite Salman Khan and Sanjay Leela Bhansali after a long gap. Once he completes the Arbaaz Khan film Dabangg 3, he will start Inshallah. Alia is also busy with her other ventures like RRR by the Baahubali director and Sadak 2 before she starts with Inshallah.
