After failing to appear twice, Shah Rukh Khan’s manager, Pooja Dadlani, will receive a new summons from the Mumbai Police Department

Many people were surprised when Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan was arrested last month. The Starkid was held in Arthur Road Jail for nearly 25 days before being released on bail on October 30. Every Friday, however, he reports to court and appears in front of the NCB Office for an investigation.

Aryan, as well as SRK’s manager Pooja Dadlani, have gotten themselves into difficulty. She allegedly received two summonses from the Mumbai police’s SIT team and has yet to appear for questioning.

Shah Rukh Khan’s manager, Dadlani, has yet to record her testimony and present her version of events, according to News 18. Because the inquiry has come to a halt, Mumbai police will issue a third summons to her very soon. Her statement is also crucial, according to police officials, because she is significant in the case.

According to the report, Shah Rukh Khan’s manager, Pooja Dadlani, said she couldn’t appear to record her statement owing to health difficulties, which caused the summons to be delayed. While the Narcotics Control Bureau investigates Aryan Khan’s narcotics case, Prabhakar Sail’s extortion charges against KP Gosavi, Sam D’Souza, and NCB personnel are being investigated by Mumbai police’s SIT team.

KP Gosavi, Sam D’Souza, and NCB officials are suspected of receiving payments from Shah Rukh Khan’s manager. Because she has refused to cooperate with the inquiry, the police are also seeking legal advice on how to proceed.

Sam D’Souza had previously recorded his statement with the police. D’Souza had filed a pre-trial motion alleging that KP Gosavi had received Rs 50 lakh from Shah Rukh Khan’s manager Pooja Dadlani in exchange for Aryan Khan’s release. However, once the NCB apprehended Aryan Khan in the case on October 3, the money was refunded.
