After Akshay Kumar’s Laxmii, Tusshar Kapoor to produce and star in a new feature film
Akshay Kumar starrer Laxmii hit the OTT platform a few months back. Amid the coronavirus pandemic and lockdown, this was the big film that opened the OTT options for many filmmakers. Now according to the information, actor turned producer Tusshar Kapoor is all set to venture into another project. He will reportedly announce his next production film which will also feature the actor himself.
Confirming the same, an industry insider was quoted by Bollywood Hungama as saying, “Yes, Tusshar Kapoor has finalized a project and all the details as well; he will be making an official announcement in the coming couple of weeks. But right now it is still too early to speculate about the details of film. Shabina Khan will be co-producing the venture with Tusshar, and interestingly the actor will also feature in the film.”
Tusshar Kapoor was last seen in the Hindi horror-comedy web series Booo Sabki Phategi in 2019. The show was released on ALT Balaji App. Before which the actor did Golmaal Again in 2017. He was also seen going a special appearance in Ranveer Singh’s Simmba in the song “Aankh Maarey” the film also starred Sara Ali Khan.
Meanwhile, Although all the details of Tusshar’s upcoming production are currently kept under wraps, it is expected that the makers will officially announce the project in the coming weeks. Till then we’ll have to wait.
