Aditya Roy Kapur, Anil Kapoor’s ‘The Night Manager’ season finale to arrive on THIS date

Aditya Roy Kapur, Anil Kapoor and Sobhita Dhulipala starrer crime thriller series ‘The Night Manager’ became hugely popular within a few weeks of its release on Disney+Hotstar. After leaving the audience on a cliffhanger, Disney+ Hotstar has now unveiled when the audience will again get to meet Aditya Roy Kapur’s Shaan Sengupta and Anil Kapoor’s Shelly Rungta in the finale season of the show.

A high-octane spy drama web series, which is a Hindi-language adaptation of John le Carre’s novel of the same name will begin streaming on Disney+ Hotstar from 30 June.

On Thursday, Aditya Roy Kapur and Anil Kapoor shared a collaborative post on Instagram announcing the second part. The caption read, “The most awaited showdown of the year is almost here! Shaan vs Shelly, who’ll break first? #HotstarSpecials #TheNightManager Part 2, streaming on 30th June on @disneyplushotstar #TheNightManagerOnHotstar.”

Sandeep Modi created and directed the series, which is co-directed by Priyanka Ghosh and produced by The Ink Factory and Banijay Asia. Along with Aditya Roy Kapur and Anil Kapoor, the series features pivotal performances by Sobhita Dhulipala, Saswata Chatterjee, Tillotama Shome, Ravi Behl, Rukhsar Rehman, and Bagavathi Perumal.

The show’s plot revolves around former Navy officer Shantanu Sengupta (Aditya Roy Kapur), who decides to join the social circle of notorious arms dealer Shelly Rungta (Anil Kapoor). As a result, he is drawn into the shadowy world of illegal arms trade. The first four episodes of the spy drama were released in February.

Meanwhile, Aditya Roy Kapur was last seen in mystery drama Gumraah alonsgide Mrunal Thakur. The film, which is a remake of Tamil film Thadam (2019), failed to attract audiences to theatres and only earned Rs. 10.68 crore as it’s lifetime box office collection.
