Actress Nimmi No More, She was 87
For the family members and fans of the veteran actress Nimmi, its a bad news as she passed away yesterday night when she was 87. The actress fondly called as Nimmi was originally called as Nawab Banoo who left this mortal world this Wednesday. The actress was known for films like Sazaa and came to stardom in the fifties and sixties. However, with her prolonged illness, she left this world meeting to her creator.
Atul Mohan the popular Bollywood critic and trade pundit was quick to share this news through his Twitter account. While sharing the news, Mohan wrote its a sad day as we see the Yesteryear actress Nimmi ji no more. He then named some of her hit movies including Aan, Barsaat, Amar, Daag, Deedar, Basant Bahar, Mere Mehboob and Kundan to name a few. He then prayed for the actress and her family.
