Laal Singh Chaddha has remained the most ambitious project of Aamir Khan. He has left no stone unturned to give his best for the film. Right from growing a beard for the realistic look to doing several other things to finding out some of the best locations to shoot the film all across India, he has put too much of his efforts. Amidst the COVID 19 outbreak, his film seems to be affected as he is not able to continue his shoot. He was supposed to shoot at Ladakh.
However, due to the recent war-like situation in the region, he has dropped his plans to shoot at the Galwan Valley. The actor has filmed at many places in the country including Amritsar, Kolkata, Kerala, Rajasthan and Chandigarh to name a few. He is likely to resume the shoot in October as things will ease in the said month. The film is produced by Aamir Khan and Viacom18.
The makers have now decided to shelve the idea of shooting at Ladakh and they are now trying to find out some good locations in Kargil now. They are going to make their last call in the upcoming weeks. However, as of now, we hear that Aamir Khan will resume the shoot by September as he is expecting to see things turning stable. Talking about the film Laal Singh Chaddha, it happens to be the official remake of the Hollywood classic Forrest Gump with Tom Hanks in the leading role. The film also has Kareena Kapoor Khan and Vijay Sethupathi in the pivotal roles.
