One of the vital developments taking place in the life of Aamir Khan was the reversal of his earlier decision of not doing the Gulshan Kumar biopic called Mogul. Earlier he has stepped down after he had tweeted last year. However, as per the recent tweets, he has confirmed his presence once again for the said biopic called Mogul. When asked why was the sudden change in his decision, he said since he was disturbed by the Me Too movement and the man Subhash Kapoor who is working on this project seems to be the victim on it.
This somewhere affected both Aamir and Kiran who were producing the film and Aamir to act in it. This led the duo confused and drop the idea of doing the film. However, when they discussed with Kapoor, he denied about the charges and the case was not about any complaint on any misconduct in the workplace. Since such cases are dealt faster by the bodies like ICC and nothing of that sort happened. Also, the Court of law takes more time than other bodies.
Both Aamir and his wife Kiran came to a conclusion that suggested that anyone cannot be made guilty unless he or she is proven. They are not the one to decide upon the same. On the other side, Kapoor had to face a lot as he was dropped from a couple of projects despite he was not proven guilty in the said case just as the producers including T Series felt the discomfort while working with him. So, considering his innocence till he is proven guilty made Aamir and his wife convinced to take up this venture and work with Kapoor in the film allowing him to take this decision.
