The much popular music director – Aadesh Shrivastava of Bollywood is no more now. He has been suffering from the menace called cancer, but to lose 12.30 am just after he has crossed 49 years. He was being treated at the known hospital Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital from more than one month and has been putting hard efforts to fierce fight against the disease. Though he was seen with some improvement impressing the medical specialists and doctors yet was seen losing his battle of cancer last night.

He was diagnosed with this menace five years ago and since then it was adjustments, which kept the singer practising Yoga, quitting drinks and other things and changed his lifestyle to a great extent. Owing to the heavy medical bills, he was in a bad burden, which compelled him to sell off his vehicle – Hummer to make things on track. As per the latest report, his body is still there in the hospital, while its funeral would take place today at 12.30 pm at the popular Oshiwara Crematorium in Andheri West.

He started his career in singing with the film Kanyadaan, which was considered to be his big break in his professional life in the year 1993. Ironically, the film remained unreleased, which gave hardly any fame for the same. In his professional life sprawling to more than two decades, he had sung in more than 100 films. Some of the popular movies in which he has given his playback singing include Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, Chalte Chalte, Baghban, Babul and Rajneeti to name a few.

Some of the popular chartbusters of the singer include Sona Sona, Shava Shava, Haathon Mein Aa Gaya Jo Kal, Kya Ada Kya Jalwe Tere paro, Gur Nalon Ishq Mitha, Gustakhiyaan, Mora Piya, etc. Besides, he was also one of the judges at the popular talent hunt show called Sa Re Ga Ma Pa in 2005 and 2009. He is survived by his wife (Vijeta Pundit) who is a former B Town actress and two sons (Anivesh and Avitesh).

He was among respectable singers in B Town, which made the Bollywood express their tribute in B Town. In fact, soon after the news of his demise spread, the B Town was seen tweeting over the micrblogging giving tribute to this great singer. These B Town actors include Riteish Deshmukh, Sushmita Sen, Arijit Singh, Anubhav Sinha, Surveen Chawla, Manoj Bajpayee, Ashoke Pandit, Vishal Dadlani, Nikhil Advani, Richa Anirudh and Ehsaan Noorani. Indeed it is a great loss to Bollywood, which would be hard to fill up the gap.
