Tiger Shroff Shooting Case: All Stars Football Club Suspends Sunday Sessions Indefinitely
Following the alarming shooting incident involving actor Tiger Shroff in Mumbai, the All Stars Football Club has indefinitely suspended its regular Sunday football sessions. The decision was taken as a precautionary measure to address growing security concerns surrounding the high-profile celebrities who regularly participate in the weekend matches.
Club founder Bunty Walia confirmed the suspension after calling off the match scheduled for October 25. Speaking to News18 Showsha, Walia stated that the sessions will remain on hold until robust security protocols are fully established. He is currently in discussions with management and local authorities to review, upgrade, and implement enhanced safety measures. The official notice issued by the club sets no specific deadline, leaving the resumption of regular matches dependent on future security clearances.
The major decision follows a dangerous firing incident on the evening of October 18, 2026, in Mumbai’s Juhu neighborhood. Unidentified assailants opened fire at Tiger Shroff’s vehicle as he was leaving a football venue. Multiple rounds were targeted directly at the side of the car where the actor was seated. While Shroff escaped unhurt, his driver sustained a gunshot wound to the hand, and a bystander was also injured. Demonstrating quick thinking, the actor personally rushed his injured driver to Nanavati Hospital for immediate medical treatment.
The high-profile attack triggered a multi-state investigation by law enforcement agencies, leading to the detention of several suspects across different states. Investigators are probing potential links to organized crime networks, including claims of responsibility connected to the Lawrence Bishnoi syndicate.
The incident has drawn sharp attention to the vulnerability of film personalities during public appearances and informal community gatherings. By placing its matches on hold, the All Stars Football Club aims to prevent further security risks while establishing rigorous safety measures for its celebrity members before resuming play.
