Here comes the new poster of the sports drama movie called 83. The film stars Ranveer Singh along with many more including his own wife Deepika Padukone who plays Kapil’s wife Romi Dev. The trailer of the movie seemed to come tomorrow and ahead of his time, one can find Deepika Ranveer singh coming as a cast and then sharing a new poster as well. Taran Adarh, the critic and trade pundit was quick to share the poster announcing the trailer would appear tomorrow. How about checking the same.

Earlier, Ranveer Singh also shared the poster on his Instagram handle wherein he quoted the statement of Kapil regarding him. He quoted Kapil’s statement when his mother told him to return with a victory and she set him off without saying good luck to him. That was a long way when Kapil Dev was leaving for England to play the world cup and he returned, beating the mighty team – West Indies to bag the title for the first time in 1983.
The movie is based on the victory and the journey of how the team prepared for the world cup along with winning for the same. The film has an ensemble star cast with actors like Deepika Padukone, Saqib Saleem, Ammy Virk, Harrdy Sandhu, Jiiva and Jatin Sarna to name a few. The film has Kabir Khan as its director.
