Gunjan Saxena The Kargil Girl Trailer Out: Catch Janhvi Kapoor in an inspiring story
As promised by the diva Janhvi Kapoor, the trailer of her next film Gunjan Saxena The Kargil Girl is out. The film is slated to stream on Netflix on 12th August. The film is based on the warrior lady Gunjan who played her part in securing the life of many in the Kargil war. The movie is directed by Sharan Sharma and revolves around the life of the country’s first female combat pilot who entered the war zone to save the lives of many Jawans during the Kargil War in 1999.Â
It was Akshay Kumar who shared the trailer on the Microblogging site Twitter asking his fans and others to catch the glimpse of the lady and the journey she took to emerge as a successful Indian Air Force pilot combating all odds in her life. Check the trailer as under:Â

The film was earlier supposed to release on 24th April, but with the nationwide lockdown due to COVID 19, the makers planned to get an OTT release. The film is jointly produced by Dharma Productions along with Zee Studios. It has Pankaj Tripathi, Angad Bedi and Vineet Kumar Singh apart from Janhvi playing the leading role in it.
