Harish Rai is a South Indian actor who is more active in Kannada Film Industry. He hails from Bangalore, India. He did his schooling from Bangalore and later completed his graduation from Bangalore University. Since his childhood, he wanted to be an actor and thus remained active in all the cultural programs and festivals. He participated in different plays and cultural activities that soon laid down his direction in the films and acting. Hence when he completed his college, he headed to the regional cinema to try his luck. It was no easy for him; hence he had to work in plays and theatre group.
Soon he got the chance in films with the movie called Operation Antha, which was released in the year 1995. The same year she did the film the same year doing the film called Om. Since then it was no looking back for him. Some of his movies include CBI Durga, Thaayavva, Garuda, Karnataka Police, Majestic Katthegalu, Nalla, and Saar Katthegalu to name a few. Some of his recent movies include Deadly Soma, Sanju Weds Geetha, Police Story -3, The Plan, Jinke Mari and Raj Bahadur to name a few.
He then did the film called Bengaluru Underworld by P N Satya released in the year 2017. He then embarked with another film Adithya And Paayal wherein he played the lead role. His upcoming movie is KGF, which deals with Kolar Gold Field, he will be seen in the star cast of the said movie having all veterans in it.
