The Akshay Kumar & Sidharth Malhotra starrer film Brothers seems to have received an overwhelming response. Thanks to the action packed drama film that has loads of drama and good performances, and the Independence Day fervor, which had enough time for the audience to catch up the film. In fact, with 15.21 crore on its first day, the film became the top grosser of the year. The next day (Saturday), witnessed a good lift the following day by gaining around 21.43 crores and similar was the figure with total tolling to around 16.36.
Hence the first weekend box office collection for Brothers tolled to around 52 crores, which is really a decent figure. The film, which is a remake of a Hollywood movie called Warriors witnessed a very good response over the box office. In fact, the Siddharth seemed incredible unlike his previous film Ek Villain, he seemed fabulous also similar was the story with this film, which stole the show. As per reports, the film is not a simple movie to make. The filmmaker along with the two lead actors seen in action mode have worked hard to make this film, which was produced by Dharma Productions along with known groups like Fox Star.
