Made in Heaven has actually made into heaven with the grand success the web series gained over time. Reflecting the lives of the most upscale modern Indians, the story has been narrated through the eyes of the two wedding planners with a set backdrop of quintessential weddings happening in Delhi.

The second season of this Amazon Prime Video’s, Made in Heaven is in the works, as announced by the co-creator of the web series, Zoya Akhtar. Zoya did a fantastic job with her first series launch of Made in Heaven making it simply challenging to keep the second season at par with the first.

Akhtar shared the news on Instagram mentioning, “Back to Work #day1 #writersroom #madeinheaven #season2 #herewego @reemakagti1 @alankrita601 @nityamehra19 @rahulnair8,” with a caption under the photo.

Akhtar has co-created this highly popular and currently streaming India original with her longtime collaborator, Reema Kagti. The drama revolves around the lives of upscale modern Indians full of the extravaganza. The story goes under the narration of two wedding planners representing the quintessential weddings in Delhi through their eyes.

Starring the popular faces like Arjun Mathur, Sobhita Dhulipala, Jim Sarbh, Kalki Koechlin, Shashank Arora, and Shivani Raghuvanshi, Made In Heaven has been a popular punch amongst the Indian Originals.

The Made in Heaven series is directed by Akhtar, Nitya Mehra, Alankrita Shrivastava, and Prashant Nair and produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar. The season one of the series is already streaming across 200 countries and territories since March 8.
