It has been a while since we saw Anushka Sharma on-screen and fans of the actress have been wondering about her upcoming projects eagerly. The actress was last seen in Anand L Rai’s science-fantasy drama, Zero along with Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif. The film did not fare well at the box office and fetched average reviews for the actress who played the character of Aafia, a scientist with cerebral palsy. Ever since, we haven’t heard any announcements about the actress’ next project. We have heard Anushka Sharma’s name being taken ahead of almost every big film’s announcement. From Sooryavanshi to other big projects, speculations suggested that the actress may be coming on board but unfortunately, that did not happen. Recent reports even claimed that Anushka may be quitting Bollywood to enjoy marital bliss with husband Virat Kohli and now we finally have an answer from the actress herself. She’s ‘with baby’ and we can’t be any more excited. This couple has shown us goals right from the very public social media romance or their perfect Bollywood royal wedding and their marital bliss. Everyone knows #Virushka are perfect and this addition is making fans go all kinds of crazy.

Speaking about her disappearing act from the industry, Anushka said, “That’s a conscious decision. I wanted to take a couple of months off after Zero. After I got married, it was like a whirlwind. I was back on the sets shooting for Sui Dhaaga: Made In India and later Zero. I was just working back to back. Whatever time I’d get, I’d try to balance and meet Virat. But I was feeling too worked up. I needed to take two months off. I told my team I don’t even want to read anything right now. It’s important as a creative person to take time off but you deny yourself that. Of course, there’s pressure. You’re constantly asked, Kaunsi film sign kar rahe ho?”

This is certainly going to put her fans in relief considering the actress is only on a break and will be back on the screens soon with something bigger and better to offer after Zero.
