YRF Plans Separate Promotion Strategies for Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR Ahead of War 2 Release

With the upcoming release of War 2, featuring the highly anticipated on-screen pairing of Hrithik Roshan and Jr NTR, YRF plans to keep the two actors separate during promotions. According to a senior trade source, “Hrithik and Jr NTR will promote War 2 independently. All promotional strategies have been designed to ensure they never share the stage, appear in the same promotional video, or be seen together before the film’s release. Their collaboration is a once-in-a-lifetime moment in Indian cinema, and YRF wants audiences to fully experience their conflict before they witness any camaraderie during promotions. This rivalry is the film’s unique selling point, and YRF is committed to delivering the ultimate movie-watching experience.”

The YRF Spy Universe has a history of implementing intriguing promotional tactics to build excitement around their films. They pioneered a “no interviews before release” policy to prevent actors from revealing plot details. In the first War, Hrithik and Tiger Shroff met for the first time during the film’s success celebration.
