Kartik Aaryan has been riding high with his successful movies. All thanks to his incredible performances, he has been doing well in the industry. THis has given him a couple of movies, which include the sequel of Dostana. He was seen shooting for the movie for not less than two weeks, however, as per the latest buzz, the actor has quit the film and the reasons are the creative difference. As per sources close to the makers, the Pyaar Ka Punchnama actor has walked away from the said movie due to creative differences.
Kartik and Janhvi Kapoor also shot for the film in Amritsar in 2019 November and later the film was put on hold as the lockdown was announced in March 2020 due to Covid 19 Pandemic. Earlier, it was said that Kartik would take time to shoot for the film as he is busy with other projects, however, later it was reported that the actor had issues with dates due to the fact that he was caught in Covid 19 diagnosis. However, amidst all this, we now have the update that he has finally quit the film due to creative differences.
The film Dostana 2 happens to be a sequel of 2006 movie which had Priyanka Chopra, John Abraham and Abhishek Bachchan in the leading roles. Talking about the sequel, the film also has Janhvi Kapoor along with Laksh Lalwani who is making debut in B Town with this movie. The film is helmed by Collin D’Cunha. With all said and done, the makers are yet to officially declare about Kartik’s decision.
