Why Karan Johar’s Kalank Will be a Big Hit as the Sanjay Leela Bhansali films?

The Karan Johar recently announced movie called Kalank seems to be making headlines these days. Thanks to his aspirations to make his film a big super show. The film will be directed by the Abhishek Varman which obviously will make the film grand and undoubtedly as magnanimous as any other Sanjay Leela Bhansali movie who is known to invest huge money on sets. Treading on the same lines, Karan Johar too has spent a whopping INR 15 crore on the sets of this film in the for creating a the best background of an Old Delhi.

The film Kalank was announced after getting a long wait and Karan Johar is all set to make up for it with the best of the super show. The film will feature Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan  in the lead roles while Sonakshi Sinha, Aditya Roy Kapur, Sanjay Dutt and even Madhuri Dixit will be seen in the movie in a big role. Most of the significant scenes of the movie will be shot over the sets while the makers are still observing a strict vigilance over it to make things secret to make the people more curious about the same. Hence they are not revealing anything online right now. We can find a huge set, which is being erected in the Film City, which seems to be is under heavy security to make sure the pictures of the interiors are not getting leaked.

The makers seems to have gone extra mile to keep the feel and the look of the movie intact, while the entire star cast is kept under wraps as a source claimed that the film has been developed by a known production designer -Amrita Mahal Nakai, who is the same lady who has worked in the earlier films of Karan Johar particularly the Student Of The Year along with the others known as Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and 2 States. The film is made at the backdrop of the forties during the last stage of British Raj in India, while the movie has been discussed by Yash Johar to his son Karan Johar 15 years ago but now has finalised in association with groups like Yah Johar, Fox Star and Nadiawal group along with Dharma Productions.
