Today we see the actress Kangana Ranaut standing tall for the support of SSR Justice. She has slammed many actors and star kids along with filmmakers like Karan Johar and others stating that they belong to a lobby in B Town which does not support outsiders. She took up the nepotism debate with all her might, getting vocal mostly after the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. But do you know the lady who seemed to have gone all vocal even denied doing a film opposite Sushant.
Yes you heard it right. Of all the films that Sushant lost as they got shelved include one film with Irrfan Khan and Sushant Singh. The makers had approached Kangana for the leading lady for the film but she rejected working opposite Sushant. It was Homi Adajania’s film, which Kangi opted out. The film came in 2016 when she was about to finish the film Rangoon with Saif Ali Khan and was about to start the film Simran. She denied doing the film due to date issues.
As per reports, Kangana was keen on doing the film with Homi but as she was committed for another film, she had to opt out. However, she promised to work with him later but that never happened. She later got a film called Rani Laxmibai directed by Ketan Mehta. The film was later named as ‘Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi’. In other words, Kangana never approached to work with Sushant Singh Rajput despite promising that she will work with the late actor. Stay tuned to know more about it and others only with us.
