Divyanka Tripathi and Rajeev Khandelwal are rustling up on a sweet and spicy treat for the viewers in the form of the most trending form of web series. As announced earlier that the talented Yeh Hai Mohabbatein girl will be making her debut with this web series, it has also come to a major note that Divyanka Tripathi and Rajeev Khandelwal will be pairing up for a love story that is set in the backdrop of gourmet cooking for this series.
Actors Rajeev Khandelwal and Divyanka Tripathi will be coming together for the first time in a web series, Coldd Lassi Aur Chicken Masala. The teaser of this upcoming spicy web show is out, which shows Rajeev and Divyanka as chefs who tend to fall in love, however, they only end on splitting on a sour note.
While the show’s teaser appears quite interesting with the fresh pairing, the glimpses of the two cooking up exotic delicacies seem to appear as a promising added culinary experience. Rajeev and Divyanka play Vikram and Nitya, respectively who subsequently fall in love while working together in a kitchen.

Directed by Pradeep Sarkar, the story of Coldd Lassi Aur Chicken Masala revolves around the pair’s relationship and conflicts that are set in the world of gourmet cooking. The series has been written by Jaya Misra. Apart from the two lead, the series will also have Priyanshu Chatterjee and Barkha Bisht in the guest roles. The series has been carpeted and produced under the Ekta Kapoor’s banner and is set to release on online on Alt Balaji in December. It has also been reported to be shot in Vadodara.
Rajeev was last seen on the small screen in a TV show titled, Reporters, after which he appeared in a 2016 film, Fever.
Divyanka plays the female lead role in the popular TV show, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. It stars Raman Patel as the male lead and is successfully continuing its run even after several leaps. She and her actor husband Vivek Dahiya had also won the eighth season of dance reality show Nach Baliye and the couple was later seen delivering a special dance performance during the grand premiere of Nach Baliye 9.
