Vivek Prasanna is a Tamil actor who hails from Salem. He was born in the year 1986 and brought at this place. He did his schooling and college from Chennai. While he was growing up he developed his interest in dance and started taking up choreography. So, once he completed his education, he focussed his life in making a career in the glam world. He started his career with a short film Bench Talkies – The First Bench playing the role of Vinoth in the year 2015. The very next year he got the chance to be in Tamil films including Sethupathi and Iraivi.

In the year 2017, he got six films, which include Maanagaram, Peechankai, Vikram Vedha, Podhuvaga Emmanasu Thangam, Meyaadha Maan and Velaikkaran. In the year 2018, he got two Tamil films – Irumbu Thirai and Maniyar Kudumbam. In the ongoing year (2019), he did a couple of Tamil films that include Petta, Charlie Chaplin 2, Nenjamundu Nermaiyundu Odu Raja playing the Local goon, while in Sindhubaadh where he played the role called Passenger.

He also is involved in small screen doing a few TV shows as well. Talking about his personal life, he is single and not married to anyone as he considers his career still into the naive stage. Talking about his favorite actors, he likes Kamal Hassan and often calls him to his an ideal actor in the industry.
