The moment the web series State of Siege: 26/11 started streaming on ZEE5, it has been getting positive ratings from all. All thanks to the impressive performances with a tight script, which has made it a binge-worthy choice for the audience to catch in the self-isolation period. The web series has Arjun Bijlani and Arjan Bajwa in the lead roles, while Vivek Dahiya plays the character called captain Rohit Bagga, who happens to be the NSG soldier leading the hunt down the terrorists seen over the Nariman House in the tragic 26/11 Mumbai attack.
When asked about the choice of this web series, Vivek had different reasons for the same. He said although he likes to do a debut with such an action-packed web series for him it was his emotional decision when he first got the script to read. He said he knew he has less screen space, but he felt that it could be good for his career. He said he just wanted to be the part of this venture as it has have affected every other Indian.
He said that people call him that he has a stable career and hence he does not mind sharing the screen with anyone. To this, he said he still feels that he is in the initial days of his career and that he has to work a lot to have a stable career. While recalling the incident of 26/11 he said he was in the UK for his studies when this happened. He said it did make him come in rage and angst against these terrorists. He said they are too young and barely understand what they did this time. So, when he got this web series, it was an emotional yes from him.
