Remember Munna Bhai MBBS, the film released in 2003. It was Rajkumar Hirani’s first hit film in B Town that gave him recognition in the industry. The film had an actor called Vishal Thakkar who was seen in the role of a young patient who had committed suicide. The actor has been missing since the past two years as per the reports of Time of India. The character of Vishal in the film reminds us the quirky song made on him in Munnabhai MBBS called Tu Cha aila kya surat thi’. With petty roles, he did not do well in the film and still was in the struggling phase having some small time roles in the films.
As per her mother, the last time she saw him when he asked for 500 INR on 31st December 2015. According to his mother, he wanted the money to watch a movie, but she did not give him. The same day he did a text message stating that he would be coming the next day as he would be joining his friends for the New Year party. Since the New Year, he has been missing, while his phone too was switched off. As per the parents they had reported the matter to the police station. They did not get any call for ransom, and even his bank account had barely any transaction. Since then he has been missing and little did we notice about him.
As per the Thane Police, he met his girlfriend at Ghodbunder Road and then headed to Filmcity for his film shoot. However, he never reached the location, and since then he was not seen anywhere. The statements recorded by his friends and family members do not have any kind of discrepancies, while his phone calls too have not much to tell. The last message people saw on his social media sites like Facebook was Happy New Year, which was posted just after the New Year Eve at 12.10 pm. The police investigation has not reached to any conclusion as there is nothing coming out from his story.
