Do You Wanna Partner: Tamannaah Bhatia and Diana Penty Star in New Comedy-Drama Series Premiering September 12
Prime Video has announced that its upcoming Hindi Original series Do You Wanna Partner will premiere on September 12. This light-hearted comedy-drama features Tamannaah Bhatia and Diana Penty in lead roles and marks another exciting collaboration with Dharmatic Entertainment. The series will be available exclusively on Prime Video in India and over 240 countries and territories worldwide.
Do You Wanna Partner follows the quirky and heartfelt journey of Shikha and Anahita (played by Tamannaah and Diana), two spirited best friends who embark on launching their own alcohol start-up. Set against the vibrant backdrop of urban India, the show explores their uphill battle to break into the male-dominated craft beer industry. Navigating challenges, bending rules, and encountering eccentric characters, the narrative blends humour, warmth, and plenty of jugaad to portray the chaos and triumphs of female ambition.

Producer Karan Johar described the series as “audacious, vibrant, and unapologetically fun—a story that captures the grit, heart, and hustle of a new generation of entrepreneurs.” He added that it embodies India’s jugaad spirit and the inspiring world of unconventional entrepreneurship.

Producers Apoorva Mehta and executive producer Somen Mishra praised the ensemble cast’s authentic performances and highlighted the series as a celebration of female friendship and ambition that is both relatable and trailblazing.
Alongside Tamannaah and Diana, the talented cast includes Jaaved Jaafery, Nakuul Mehta, Shweta Tiwari, Neeraj Kabi, Sufi Motiwala, and Rannvijay Singha.
