Even during the promotion of ‘Mission Mangal’ Vidya mentioned a lot about her upcoming digital works, “I am trying to do a web series, which is based on the life of Indira Gandhi. I feel doing a web series involves a lot of work. A lot of people associate themselves with it as compared to making a film. So, it takes a lot of time. But when I will do it, I will make sure that it turns out really well.”

Vidya has even been known to have bought the rights to this Sagarika’s book in order to create the web series.

However, it is still anticipated but, isn’t clear who all will be making up for the rest of the cast but, it’s quite likely that Vidya Balan will be made in line to essay the role of Indira Gandhi.
