Vicky Kaushal Gets his leading lady for Sardar Udham Singh Biopic
The film Uri: The Surgical Strike has given Vicky Kaushal a good boost in the B Town making him now a bankable actor in the Tinsel Town. His fanbase has increased and now the B Town audience wants him to do as much as films he can and so are the filmmakers. He is now the part of a couple of films including the period drama – Thakt by Karan Johar along with the biopic film on freedom fighter Sardar Udham Singh.

As per the recent buzz, the makers of the biopic were in a search for a leading lady. Now, the recent reports suggest that they have found the leading lady opposite Vicky Kaushal. She is none other than the October fame actress Banita Sandhu. She has worked with Varun Dhawan starrer film October released this year in March doing her debut in the B Town. Since then the actress was missing in the media with no films or ventures in her kitty. Now, as the makers offered the said biopic. However, we also hear that she has herself confirmed for the film with the director Shoojit Sircar.

Talking about the same to the media she said that she is very much the part of the film Udham Singh. The film will be shot in Punjab and London along with other parts of Europe. She applauded Vicky Kaushal and called him an amazing actor, while she is excited to work with him. She is also busy with a Tamil version of Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Kabir Singh. Talking about the same, she said she is now gearing up for this film as well. The actress was applauded for her work in October with Varun Dhawan. Now, its time to see in the next film in Bollywood.
