For the music lovers, we have a bad news as their favorite music composer Mohammed Zahur ‘Khayyam’ Hashmi is no more. He Breathed His Last At Sujoy Hospital, Juhu, Mumbai At 9:30 PM on 19/08/2019. He was admitted there since last few days for age related illness. Well, he needs no introduction as he remains the veterans among the music world. He was fondly called as Khayyam and that makes him famous in the B Town. As per the recent reports, the musician was shifted to ICU today while he was in a Mumbai based hospital for the treatment of some lungs infection. He was admitted a few days back for the same when his conditions went bad to worse leading the doctor to shift the musician to the ICU.
As per reports, he turned critical today due to the sudden serious conditions leading him to the hospital. The 92-year-old music composer was there at the hospital for his treatment for the lung infection and was admitted on the 4th of August this month. As per reports, Talat Aziz has been there taking care of Khayyam’s health. The singer, however, claimed that the conditions a few days before seemed stable ever since he was attended by the top doctors from the city.
However, today as his conditions turn bad, he was shifted to the ICU and soon breath his last breath. The doctors who were seen taking care of him have released the statement. The doctors earlier claimed that he would take another few more days to settle down his conditions. The singer also had informed that he along with his close friends and family have been praying for his speedy recovery. But the destiny had his own plans. We remember Khayyam for his incredible work in films like ‘Umrao Jaan’, and ‘Kabhi Kabhie’. He was even awarded for Padma Bhushan in 2011. Stay tuned to know more about the veteran musician.
