The ex-lovers Siddharth Malhotra and Alia Bhatt’s love affair was quite the rage back when these two were dating. After meeting for the first time on the shoots of Karan Johar’s Student of the Year, they both began a relationship which made Bollywood fanatics swoon. They broke off with each other at the beginning of 2018, and Alia Bhatt made it very clear in the media that she does not intend to rekindle the relationship with Siddharth and is very happy with Ranbir Kapoor – although their fans obviously still hope that those two would get together sooner or later.

Siddharth Malhotra is starring in the upcoming romantic comedy movie Jabariya Jodi with co-actor Parineeti Chopra. The film showcases the tradition of groom kidnapping in order to prevent dowries – a tradition which is still prevalent in Bihar. Jabariya Jodi is been co-produced by Ekta Kapoor, Shobha Kapoor, and Shailesh, and is set to release on 19th July, 2019.
