Urfi Javed is an actress and model who hails from Lucknow and is making news in the media for being added in the show – Bigg Boss 15. Born and brought up in the UP capital, she celebrates her birthday on 15th October. She did her schooling and college from CMS and Amity University respectively from the same city. She has remained active in acting despite being a graduate in Mass Communication from the same university, however, her heart has remained towards acting.
This, however, led her to Mumbai, the mecca for acting to try her luck in this field. With a bit of struggle, she got the chance to work in small screen starting with the TV show called Bade Bhaiyya Ki Dulhania as Avni Pant played in the channel – Sony TV. She then was seen in Chandra Nandini aired at Star Plus. She was seen in the show called Meri Durga, while in 2018, she appeared in Saat Phero Ki Hera Pherie aired on Sab TV and later in Bepannaah Colors TV. Some of her other shows include Piyali, and Jiji Ma.
In 2020, she joined the show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai playing the character Shivani Bhatia. Then she played the character called Tanisha Chakraborty in the show called Kasautii Zindagii Kay. Now, as things get clear amid the Pandemic, we now see Urfi gearing up for her next show – Bigg Boss 15, which is ready to stream at the popular OTT platform called Voot.
