Urfi Javed speaks it loud and clear ‘not Javed Akhtar’s granddaughter’ with her printed T-shirt, carries Bhagavad Gita to airport
Time and again Urfi Javed had cleared that she is not Javed Akhtar’s granddaughter. However, people often think that she has some relation with Javed Akhtar’s family. The actress who got famous after she appeared in the Bigg Boss OTT last year. She is famous for her quirky outfits and unapologetic personality.
The actress was recently seen walking out wearing a white T-shirt with the slogan ‘not Javed Akhtar’s granddaughter’ printed on it. She wore it with a pair of black jeans.
Urfi asked the paparazzi to take special attention to the message as he posed for photos. “T-Shirt pe kuch likha hai, uspe gaur farmaya jayega (Please pay attention to the T-shirt),” she said while she posed for the cameras. “I am sick of this now. Every time someone tags me on Twitter that teach Javed Akhtar’s granddaughter something, (this is for them.),” she said. Urfi was also seen carrying a copy of the Bhagavad Gita in addition to her T-shirt.

Urfi has often been misidentified as a member of Javed’s family. Urfi told the Times of India in September, “People have cooked up stories just because my entire name is Urfi Javed. But he was never associated with me in any way. All this is just done to troll him and put his name down by associating my outfit controversy with him.”
She appeared on Bigg Boss OTT last year. Her time in the home, however, was brief because she was the first person to be eliminated. Speaking with News18 at the time, Urfi said, “I’m still crying. I can’t even describe how frustrated I am. I genuinely felt that I deserved to stay in the house. I was giving my one hundred percent in the show. I know for a fact that there are so many people in the house who do nothing except eating and talking nonsense.”
