Vikram Vedha OTT Release Date: Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan’s neo noir thriller to stream on Jio Cinemas from 12 May
Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan- starrer neo noir thriller ‘Vikram Vedha’ received a lot of critical acclaim but still underperformed at the box office. Now finally seven months after it’s theatrical release (the film was released on 29 September 2022), and much speculation, the film is set to have its digital premiere on Jio Cinemas and makers have revealed the official OTT release date of its OTT premiere.
The Pushkar-Gayatri directorial will start streaming on Jio Cinemas from 12 May. And the biggest surprise is that the film will be available to stream for free. Vikram Vedha’ will be the first in a series of 100 films and shows to be offered on the streaming site.

“This almost feels like a film release and I’m feeling the pre-release jitters all over again. Super excited for the viewers to watch ‘Vikram Vedha’, not only in Hindi but also in Marathi and Bengali languages and that too without any subscription, absolutely free of cost,” Hrithik said in a statement to PTI.

Vikram Vedha is a remake of the Tamil film of the same name. Hrithik plays a gangster named Vedha, and Saif Ali Khan plays a police officer named Vikram in the film. In addition to Hrithik and Saif, the film has promising performances by Rohit Saraf, Radhika Apte, Yogita Bihani, and Sharib Hashmi.
Hrithik Roshan’s upcoming projects: Following the failure of Vikram Vedha, Hrithik Roshan is now preparing for three back-to-back big-budget action-thriller projects: Fighter, War 2, and Krrish 4. Fighter is set to hit theatres on 25 January , 2024, while the other two projects are still in the pre-production stage.
