Twitter Trends #MatKarForward to Fight Fake News

The growing trend of spreading fake news has been the matter of concern. We now see a new trend emerging at Twitter saying #MatKarForward. We saw a short video being posted by Virat Kohli, which seems speaking regarding the menace of hate messages and fake news coming in the form of forwards. As you check the video one can see the messages about the same with actors like Sara Ali Khan, Ayushman Khurana and Kriti Sanon.

As you check the video, one can see the celebs talking about the ill effects of fake and hate news. Check the same as posted on Twitter: 

The stars are seen advising their fans to stay at home to be safe with such a message. Then they asked everyone to verify the message before forwarding the same along with keeping them safe and sound keeping the trend #MatKarForward (do not forward) on the top on Twitter. The moment the post came on air and started trending many of the people were seen posting counter arguments suggesting Big B not to share fake news and others.
