Tumhari Sulu To be made in Tamil


Remember the film Tumhari Sulu made by the known banners- T-Series and Ellipsis Entertainment well we have news for this film. This very movie, which was loved the most remained the successful and acclaimed movies of 2017, is all set to be made in the south Indian films in the Tamil language. The original film also had Manav Kaul, Neha Dhupia, and Malishka Mendonsa in the lead roles. The rights for the Tamily remake was bought by the Chennai based group called BOFTA Media Works India that is making the movie Mr. Chandramouli having Karthik, Regina, Varalaxmi, Gautham Karthi, and others, which is directed by Thiru.

The group has brought for some other films in the past, which include Zero and Ivan Thanthiran. The Sulu character would be played by renowned actress Jyotika who happens to be a housewife and soon becomes a night RJ and becomes an instant hit while she perseveres her life and balance her life along with homemaker and the career woman. Radha Mohan will be directing the Tamil version and was heard that she feels excited to direct the movie while was appreciated for the film having Jyotika in the lead role.

On the other side, we have Jyotika who claims to be the big fan of Vidya Balan. She said, she loves her voice and common over the Hindi langauge, which she calls it to be rare in Bollywood today. She said that she had watched all the movies of Vidya Balan and Tumhari Sulu,in her views happens to be her favorite and most lovable work. She then said that it would be an honor to be the part of such a film and whether she would be able to step into her shoes or not would be decided by the audience. However, she will try her best to play this character.
