The actress Tisca Chopra who came into limelight with the Aamir Khan Productions film Taare Zameen Par is playing her part in this Pandemic. As per reports, she has come up with a call to help the widows and transgenders who have been suffering in this Pandemic. While talking about the same, she shared about her initiative called #IndiaForMothers with the known chef called Vikas Khanna. She has been engaged in such ventures earlier as well.
She came up to help the people falling into this category. While talking about the same, she said once she got the offer from Vikas Khanna and her team to join the said campaign to help the transgender and widows in this pandemic, she readily agreed to her. She said that these ladies and the transgender people are seen losing their lives and so hopes in this tough time and thus they should be supported in this time.
She also said that the transgender community too are affected as they have gone jobless in this crisis and hence supporting them is her prime responsibility. Last year in the first waves, the actress had come up with her venture called Table which was created only to help people in this tough time. In this program, she used to bring bright minds with others who played their roles in these covid times like nurses and the even the ward boys thus encouraging them in this tough time.
