Comedian Munawar Faruqui and internet sensation Anjali Arora were both seen together in Ekta Kapoor’s Lock Upp show. The pair of both was well-liked by the audience in the show and there were speculations that both would maintain their friendship outside the show as well. But nothing like this happened, both of them did not maintain their friendship inside the show, and not outside. According to media reports, after the show, Munawar and Anjali were signed for a project together. However, the Lock Upp contestant rejected that project. It is being said that Munawar was told by his special person not to work with Anjali. And the comedian did not want to hurt his special person and that is why he rejected to not work with Anjali. On Kangana Ranaut hosted the show Lock Upp, Anjali and shared her feelings for Munawar. In one episode, the actress told the comedian “I love you”. Munawar blushed and said, “Tere dimaag ke doctor ko bulata hoon”. Meanwhile, the comedian won the lockup show Payal Rohatgi was the runner-up in the reality show.
For the unversed, Munawar Faruqui and Nazila have known each other for a year and both are dating each other for a few months. Both are sometimes seen romancing in the streets of the city.
