Veteran Theatre Man Ebrahim Alkazi passes away: Bollywood Mourns
A big news coming out there as we hear the veteran theatre personality – Ebrahim Alkazi leaving this world behind at the age of 95. He was known for many things – a theatre doyen, a collector and an art connoisseur. He was getting the treatment for his age-old ailments at the hospital for the last two month. He was good in his physical health but had issues with his memory. Amal Allana, her daughter who is a known theatre director and costume designer, informed the media about his death.
His son, Feisal Alkazi is also a noted theatre director and he said that his father’s legacy is huge and thus his absence would create a void in the arts and theatre world. He has been working since the pre-independence time and was more known as a perfectionist in everything he did. He was born in 1925 and in his young age got involved in theatre. He passed away due to cardiac failure this Tuesday informed the family member statements. The moment the news came out, B Town actors also reacted to this news.
