Ekta Kapoor is not just the queen of drama TV shows on different channels but also the digital content queen in the making. Thanks to her increasing number of shows that she keeps on coming up for different OTT platforms apart from her own ALTBalaji app. She is now gearing up for her next digital venture called The Married Woman, which is going to release on her said streaming platform. As she shared the trailer of the said series, it has created a good buzz around.Â
The show features several actors including Monica Dogra and Ridhi Dogra in the leading roles. They have already impressed the audience and the critics with their earlier performances in their path breaking content based shows. Talking about the show, Ekta Kapoor claimed that this show is pretty different from the others. It revolves around the aspirational narrative that moves around women and their options. She said that she feels responsible for bringing out a variety of stories for her audience.
She called the show as therapeutic as it gives her the chance to tell stories, which she has never tried before on TV or any other medium. She added that in her past two decades, she has come out with more than 3000 or 5000 episodes where she has given variety of stories. Nonetheless, the one she is ready to show with this series is unique. The show has actors like Imaad Shah, Rahul Vohra, Ayesha Raza, Divya Seth Shah, Suhaas Ahuja and Nadira Babbar in the leading roles.
