The new film Gehraiyaan, directed by Shakun Batra, has several distinctive characteristics that drew the attention of audiences. One of these was the lavish villa, which was featured prominently throughout the film. While the movie stated that the villa was located in Alibaug, it has now been established that the house was originally located in Goa.
The mansion, which is owned by Ananya Panday’s character Tia in Gehraiyaan, has a unique significance because it is where most of the main events take place. The Ahilya by the Sea is a lovely hotel with nine rooms spread among three sea-facing villas. There are also infinity pools, gardens, and a spa on the premises. The price ranges from roughly Rs 21,000 per night to around Rs 33,000 per night at this location in Nerul, Goa.
