Thakur Anoop Singh Reveals his Fitness Mantra

Actor also made India proud at 49th Asian bodybuilding and mens physique championship. Anoop is one of the good looking and well build model turned actor with many telly shows who gave us insightful tips and strategies specifically designed to help you build strength, gain muscle mass, lose fat, enhance your endurance and maintain healthy eating habits.

Sharing about his fitness mantra. Actor shares, “There’s no shortcuts to success. This is the only mantra I follow whether to get fit or get successful in my career. You just have to go and do it. Nobody is going to tell you about how to do it. The hardwork you experience and the sweat that comes out of your body everyday, that determines your fitness. That you are a real champ!”
When we asked about if not gyming what can be other ways to have a fit body like him. nookyy looking Anoop answers, “There are many means to remain fit offcourse. Gym is one of the way if you wish to grow your muscles. Other than that you can always Jog or brisk, walking early morning while having empty stomach is also a simple way, as the metabolism rate during early morning is pretty fast. So you tend to burn that fat under the love handle quicker.”

Talking about diet plans further he adds, “I usually prefer having a good meal of oats with isopure protein powder mixed in it. It gives me great carb to protein ratio for my starters. I am usually on a high protein less carb diet which means consuming 40 egg whites a day. 300gms of chicken breast in every meal and a post fish (oil and salt free) in the night before I sleep. Above all diet is the backbone! I eat no carbs post 6pm and have a good portion of carb in the meals like sweet potato or honey and rice in the day time to keep you going since you are going to burn it all through as I workout twice a day!” A gentle fit man is always into sports. Actor talks about his intrest towards sports. “I have been a fan of kabaddi since I competed inter-school and college. I enjoy MMA and I love seeing UFC fighters that requires great stamina and dedication!” He concludes.
