Earned a lot of money, now have to do some good roles – Mallika Sherawat

Mallika Sherawat is soon going to make a comeback in films, she has recently started shooting for her action horror thriller “Naagmati”. The shooting of this film started on Monday after the Muhurta Puja at Karjat Studio.

Mallika also revealed that she wants to do some selective and good roles now because she does not want to repeat the same character again and again.

Sharing the reason behind this, Mallika is less visible on the screen now, Mallika said, “It takes a power to refuse films too. It is good to do selected roles. Earned a lot of money, and now it is necessary.” That I should do some selective characters. For an actor, there has to be reinvention, you can’t do the same character over and over again. And yes you should have good roles too.”

Elaborating on the format of choosing any script, Mallika said, “The character should be such that you are challenged as an actor.

Previously Mallika revealed that she has a ‘glamorous’ on-screen image and everyone assumes that she parties and drinks frequently but that is not the case. “I don’t like the party culture. I am more into a spiritual way of living, a holistic way. I love to sleep early. My boyfriend is always complaining, ‘Oh my God, are you a nun? You are always sleeping early. What is wrong with you?’” she said.

On the professional front Mallika’s film “Nagmati”, then VC Vadivudyan is directing it. The film is being made in Tamil and Hindi and will also be dubbed in many more languages. In this film, Mallika will be seen playing a double role, and her action will also be going to be seen.
