Tamannaah Bhatia Cracks lavish Versova apartment deal at a whopping cost Rs 80,778 per sqft

We know B Town actors and their love for luxurious homes. Today, we see the South Indian and B Town actress Tamannaah Bhatia Cracking a whopping deal of her Versova apartment at a double cost for the lavish sea facing apartment. She paid a whopping amount for 80,778 per square foot for her new home. As per reports, the Entertainment actress got the home from the known builder Sameer Bhojwani. The pieces in the said area for properties is around Rs 30000-40000 per square foot range, while the deal she got was just the double.

For this flat, the lady gave a whopping amount of 16.60 Crores, while the ready reckoner rate for the flat seemed around 4.56 Cr claims the report. Also, she paid around 1 Cr. for the stamp duty at the registrar office. She has the flat in the building called Bayview, which is a 22-floor apartment and she is on the 14th floor. She will the sea view from all the sides of her home. She also has the choice of interiors the way she wants. As per reports, she now intends to invest another 2 crores for the interiors.

We hear such deals getting cracked up in B Town and recently Aamir Khan was seen securing a deal of 9000 Sq Meter area in SV Road in Santa Cruz. He has paid around 35 crores for the deal as he plans to build a production house and an office there. Similarly, Vivek Oberoi, the Modi Biopic actor has got a new bungalow in Juhu area at a whopping cost of 14 Crores. Alia also had cracked one deal for her production house. Tamannaah has worked in a few films in B Town as she is more active in South Indian films. She is best known for films like Himmatwala and Baahubali franchise.
